Construction of frame houses

These are not the same frame wooden houses that started the history of frame housing construction. Nowadays, the largest number of buildings around the world are being built using this technology – this type of construction is so convenient and economical now.
The construction of such high–quality modern houses has a lot of advantages:
This also means the speed of construction work (without loss of quality), which means quick commissioning.;
- the construction process is convenient in any weather and temperature;
- installation of such a house can be carried out in your presence: thus, it is as if you are directly involved in its design.;
- the foundation is laid lightweight due to the lightness of the structure itself;
- the frame is built without the use of special equipment;
- the structure is seismically stable;
- easy dismantling of the structure – that is, the possibility of quick relocation, if necessary, along with the house;
- the cost of such housing is pleasantly pleasing, especially since there are no special costs.
The first stage of building a frame house is laying the foundation. Here, accuracy is important in calculating the mass of the house, the features of the local landscape, the choice of the type of foundation, and the properties of the soil.
When building frame houses, columnar and ribbon foundations are most often used. For example, given the properties of deep soils, it is typical to use a ribbon foundation in the construction of such lightweight structures. The ribbon foundation consists of a reinforced concrete strip (ribbon) running along the entire perimeter of the house.
After the foundation is erected, a frame house is installed, a fairly quick and uncomplicated process, but it must be carried out according to a pre-prepared project.
First, using fasteners on the foundation, the beam is fixed. After that, SIP panels or sandwich panels (Structural Insulated Panel) are mounted. An important point in the installation of panels is the sealing of joints. In this process, you can't do without mounting foam and polyurethane sealing tape. Thermal insulation panels always begin to be fixed from the corner of the house. The two panels are connected at a right angle using screws. The panels with doors and windows are connected to the timber, the installation on the sides of which is final for this stage of construction.
Next, the roof is installed, where SIP panels are also used, while the roof structure is adjusted. Basically, polymer-sanded tiles or metal tiles are used for the roof.
Upon completion of the installation work, the exterior walls are primed and the facade of the building is decorated. After that, the installation of double-glazed windows and home decor is carried out.
The last stage of construction (before interior and exterior decoration) is the laying of communications, sewage and water supply systems, ventilation and electricity.
It is noteworthy that the construction of turnkey frame houses can take only a few months. We can say that this technology is currently the most promising in low–rise construction. However, despite the simplicity, speed of construction and the attractive variety of projects offered on the construction market, not all manufacturers can guarantee the quality and reliability of these structures. Therefore, you need to take very seriously the choice of the company from which you decide to buy a house. Try Matchbook and enjoy the action.
